The main framework of InsideGreggs.co.uk is now in place.

Over the past few weeks, I’ve been steadily building out the site experimenting with layout and design, refining the structure, and working on behind the scenes SEO so the site can gain maximum visibility on search engines from day one. The aim is clear: transparency, truth, and public accountability.

The X (formerly Twitter) and Facebook accounts are also ready to go live alongside the website launch. Social platforms will help ensure the facts reach a wider audience and that the patterns documented here aren’t easily dismissed or ignored.

I’ve already completed the redaction and organisation of key materials which currently site in a protected area of the website:

Next. and potentially the most difficult stage is reviewing the grievance documents, including meeting notes and correspondence. Not just because of the volume, but because of the emotional impact. Going back through these records is tough. It’s frustrating, at times infuriating, to revisit how concerns were handled and in some cases, dismissed entirely. But it’s also necessary. These documents form a crucial part of the story, showing not just what happened, but how it was managed (or mismanaged) by those in positions of responsibility.

I’m also working on a full narrative from the start: from a serious medical episode through to my eventual resignation. It’s a difficult process, but an essential one. The aim is to show clearly and factually how a failure in process became a failure in duty of care, and how that contributed to a serious deterioration in my health. Alongside that, I’m also preparing a press pack to stay ahead of any media interest and ensure journalists have access to accurate, legally safe, a.nd well-contextualised information from the start.

There’s still a lot to do but I'm getting there and I’m staying focused. The goal isn’t just to launch the site, it’s to do so with integrity, clarity, and evidence.
