InsideGreggs.co.uk Redaction Progress & Format Update

7/6/2025

It’s been a busy few days behind the scenes at InsideGreggs.co.uk, and steady progress is being made.

Due to a software glitch, I’ve had to go back and redo many of the redactions which was frustrating, but ultimately worthwhile. In the process, I’ve also updated the presentation style of the documents to something more engaging: a magazine style format that allows you to flip through pages at your own pace.

This new layout gives the documents a better flow and should make them easier to absorb.

The redaction work is now going well, and I’m close to completing all of the grievance materials.

Five key items are now live and viewable on the site. Like I’ve just mentioned I’ve started putting the documents into a magazine/book-style format, so I’ll refer to them as “books”, you’ll get the idea once you see them. So far:

Stage 1 Grievance Book - COMPLETE

Stage 1 Grievance Outcome Book (The 155-day investigation) - COMPLETE

Payslips Book - COMPLETE

Fitnotes Book - COMPLETE

Occupational Health Reports Book - COMPLETE

The Stage 1 Meeting Notes (26 pages) have been fully redacted and uploaded. These provide a detailed look at how concerns were discussed and deflected during the process but I still want to go through it with a fine tooth comb before thats released.

On the medical side, all documents are now re-redacted (yes, I’m making that a word) and uploaded too.

Next, I’m starting to build the timeline story from the heart attack through to my resignation (constructive dismissal). This part of the project is deeply personal and complex, and I’m still deciding whether to publish it all in one go or break it into sections. Right now, I’m leaning toward releasing it in stages and linking each part to the relevant documents for context and clarity. One long-form post might be overwhelming for me, and for you as the reader.

I’ve also created some new graphics to accompany the magazine-style books, including covers to help make each one more visual and accessible.

All in all, it’s slow and steady progress, but it’s getting there. The goal remains the same: to present this story with clarity, structure, and full transparency.

InsideGreggs.co.uk is coming soon.

Full transparency. Public interest. No spin.
