InsideGreggs.co.uk reveals the hidden reality I faced as an employee, from repeated payroll chaos and ignored medical advice to unacceptable delays in handling my grievance, all whilst trying to recover from a serious medical condition.
While Greggs presents itself as a caring, family-focused employer, the way I was treated behind closed doors tells a very different story.
This site will expose systemic failures and the documents they’d likely rather you didn’t see revealing the promises they broke and the personal cost of being failed by a system that should have protected me.
